| Trip times vary with tide conditions and
species of fish targeted, please check with me for available dates
and times. |
| For the safety of the crew Capt. Ben reserves
the right to make last minute changes or cancellations due to
inclement weather conditions. In the case of cancellations, you
may rearrange another trip or if another trip is not possible,
your deposit will be refunded. |
| Occasionally the fishing is poor and the fish
don't want to cooperate, in these instances, I will reduce the
cost of the charter to an amount that will cover my expenses for
the trip.
Of course I will still do my best to catch fish.
